Lower Milford Township is a growing community. As such it faces various problems and situations continually. These problems can have major effects on residents. This section addresses some of the key issues. These are divided into

  • Township Issues -- These are issues that are generated because of the community interests or needs. Examples are the relocation of the Fire Company, and the installation of sewers in Limeprot
  •  Legal Issues -- These are issues which are being resolved legally. Examples are the proposed quarry resulting in Curative Amendment Hearing, and various lawsuits.
When issues are relatively involved a separate menu item is added.
